Hi, I'm Gemalyn Ramirez
I created GEM because I once owned 47 lipsticks—and still felt invisible wearing them.
As a Filipina with over 10 years of experience in beauty, fashion, and marketing, I've seen too many women spend hard-earned money on products that didn't truly suit them. I've watched confident, capable women settle for "safe" shades simply because they didn't know what would actually enhance their natural presence.
GEM is the brand I wish I had when I was starting over. It's the brand I'd proudly give to my sister, my best friend, and one day, my daughter.
Every shade in the GEM Collection was thoughtfully tested on skin tones like ours. Every color choice was developed with women who understand that beauty isn't one-size-fits-all.

How long until my collection arrives?
3-5 business days within Metro Manila. 5-7 days elsewhere in the Philippines. Tracking link sent to your email within 24 hours of order.
What if a shade doesn't suit me?
That's exactly what our 30-day guarantee is for. Try them all. If you don't love it, we refund. You don't need to send anything back.
Are the shades cruelty-free?
Yes. 100% cruelty-free. Never tested on animals. Vegan formulations across the entire Attention Collection.
How long does each shade last on the lips?
6-8 hours of comfortable wear without touch-ups for most shades. Cardinal Hour and Crown Court (the reds) hold closer to 8 hours due to the matte-velvet finish. We don't make "all-day wear" claims because those always require sacrificing comfort.
Can I gift this?
Absolutely. The Attention Collection ships in giftable packaging by default. Add a personal note at checkout — we'll include a handwritten card with your message.
I'm darker / fairer than average — will these shades work?
Yes. We tested across 48 undertones spanning the full Filipina skin tone range, plus extending into deeper and lighter complexions. Every shade in The Attention Collection has been colour-corrected to read true across our customer base.
